On 8/7, I walked in to Listening Lab (West Mall) to get my mom’s hearing aid repair, I couldn’t provide any warranty except a invoice from NUH, but knew it should have been expired. Fiyonn was helpful and patience to retrieve the information from her system. Finally we collected the aid on 6/8, My mom was very happy and listened to Fiyonn advice. Made an appointment to bring my grandmother down for a hearing test and to assess her suitability for the use of hearing aids. Fiyonn’s service was impeccable, from administering the tests to giving sound advice! She really made the entire session very comfortable for us and my grandmother left happily with the hearing aids in her ears 🙂

My wife and I arranged & visited Listening Lab(West Mall) on 27 May’25 regards charger/battery issues. Ms Fiyonn Lay assisted us and helped in expediting the replacement of both L & R side batteries at its service centre, knowing we do not have any spare set to use. We are so glad that it was ready for collection on 6 Jun’25 instead of an expected waiting time of 2 - 3 weeks. Besides, Ms Fiyonn helped us to check/test our charger cum dehumidifier, she also patiently guided and shared with us its proper handling while charging. She assured us that it still in fine working condition and also shared tips that aligned with iPhone to enhance our hearing experiences. Adding to the pleasant experiences is Ms Fiyonn friendly and cheerful personality throughout our visits. Much appreciated, Ms Fiyonn! 🙏👍
