Sent my mum's hearing aid in for repair 2 weeks ago and collected today. Staff Christy is friendly and service was great. She assisted in pairing the serviced device with my mum's mobile phone. Appreciate.

I visited the Suntec branch and had a wonderful experience. The consultant, Alicia Tay, was incredibly patient, attentive, and thorough in explaining my hearing condition. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

Admin follow up was good to book the appointment. Staff was patient and took time to explain to parents about the hearing tests and being able to try different hearing aids in different environments for free. Audiologist Patrick was not pushy but assisted parents to consider different options.

I had a great experience here. The hearing test was free, and the staff were professional, patient, and explained the results clearly. I also purchased my hearing aid here, and they helped me choose the most suitable one without any pressure. The fitting and after-sales service were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hearing test or hearing aids!

I specifically asked for custom ear plugs to keep shower water out of my ear because of Chronic Ear Infections. I bought two ear plugs. When I got home I saw that they "were only for noise and not for any other use". As you can see ( photo ) there is even a small hole in them. Avoid this business, they apparently only want your money.
