Mums hearing aids were efficiently resolved. Check back Vina revealed that charging box n aids were not cleaned enough resulting in faulty charging. VIna had kindly assisted on 2 occasions without any fee and it is fully appreciated when I am not familiar with mums hearing aids. THank you Vina!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service by Ms Vina Ang – Listening Lab I would like to commend Ms Vina Ang of Listening Lab for her outstanding service, patience, politeness and professionalism. She took great care in fitting my 94-year-old father with his new hearing aids and, importantly, patiently training his caregivers on how to use, manage and care for them properly. She explained everything clearly, took the time to address our concerns, and ensured that the caregivers understood the instructions. Her kindness, dedication and thoughtful approach made the entire process smooth and reassuring for our family. Her willingness to go the extra mile in supporting both my father and his caregivers is truly appreciated. Ms Vina Ang is a credit to Listening Lab. I brought my 86 year old mum to Listening Lab Marine Parade as her current hearing aid is not serving her well. Vina's service was truly commendable. She was extremely patient with my mum and took her time to explain everything for her understanding and let her try out different models. Most importantly, Vina was ethical and did not attempt to sell any products but sought to understand my mum's needs first. She took pains to ascertain which device suited my mum's needs best, instead of simply recommending the most costly one. We were also very assured that Listening Labs provides free life time follow up consultations to ensure that the hearing aid is properly tuned and working effectively for my mum. Kudos to Listening Lab and Vina's great service!
