I purchased my hearing aids 2 years ago from Listening Lab. The Audiologist followed up with me whether I am good with the hearing aids. If i have issues, they are more than happy to meet and service. Due to my hectic work schedule, I told them I will contact them when needed. 2 years on I found either my hearing has deteriorated or the hearing aids have problem. I walked in Lucky Plaza Listening Lab, and I was greeted by Alicia Tay. She is very attentive to the issue I have. She patiently run all the diagnostics. She also explained the result i details. I appreciate much the service she has provided. Now I hear much better with my hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Listening Lab and its services to others.
