Our team participated in an immersive training session with Demant, covering everything from understanding patient needs to deepening our knowledge of the Encanta IIC/CIC hearing aids. The hands-on customer handling exercises and a tour of Demant’s lab provided valuable insights that we will carry forward in our daily practice.
The session concluded on a creative note with a Bearbrick painting activity, making the experience both educational and memorable. We extend our sincere thanks to the Demant team for their thoughtful training and warm hospitality.
